About Us
The MISSION of the NSA New Orleans Advisory Task Force (NOATF) is to prepare a comprehensive plan for the redevelopment of the Naval Support Activity "East Bank" property. NOATF has retained a project team to prepare the redevelopment plan, under the direction of the NOATF Executive Director and Board.
The VISION of the NOATF is to provide the framework for the creation of a unique community asset.
